Tan Sri Dato' IR Haji Zaini bin Omar
(Executive Chairman)
Tan Sri Zaini is a preeminent figure in Malaysian engineering and public infrastructure, recognized with an Honorary PhD in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He served as the Director General of the Public Works Department (JKR) and the Director General of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA), where he was the key visionary behind the development of KLIA. A Registered Professional Engineer (PEng) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, his regulatory leadership includes serving as the Chairman of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), the first Chairman of the National Water Services Commission (SPAN), and a member of the Energy Commission. His career is defined by strengthening national utilities and transport infrastructure at the highest institutional levels.
Dr. Jim Yong Kim

Dr. Jim Yong Kim brings world-class institutional authority as the 12th President of the World Bank Group (2012–2019), where he championed global infrastructure investment and extreme poverty reduction. A physician and anthropologist, he previously served as the President of Dartmouth College and held a distinguished Professorship at Harvard Medical School. As a former Director of the World Health Organization’s HIV/AIDS department, he led the "3 by 5" initiative to scale medical treatment globally. A co-founder of Partners In Health and a recipient of the MacArthur "Genius" Fellowship, Dr. Kim is globally recognized for integrating private capital with innovative social solutions to solve the world's most complex developmental and economic challenges.

His international expertise includes serving as a senior lead for the Royal Commission for Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, where he managed multifaceted institutional projects. He currently directs the group’s Human Capital and Talent Development strategies, focusing on the alignment of workforce capabilities with emerging technologies to ensure that the group’s digital and physical infrastructure is supported by a future-ready talent pool.
Ismail bin Yassin

The founding leader of Mohhashi Space Gateway Berhad since 2017, Ismail bin Yassin has been the architect of the group’s strategic trajectory. With a career rooted in Project Management and Operational Execution, he specializes in the end-to-end delivery of complex construction and infrastructure initiatives. His leadership focuses on originating high-impact projects that bridge the gap between traditional physical infrastructure and the scaling of future-oriented digital assets, ensuring long-term operational sustainability.
Dato' Haji Ismail bin Haji Ahmad (Chairman)
Dato Haji Ismail provides essential strategic alignment between state governance and large-scale development. His extensive career in the public sector includes serving as a Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (EXCO) and representing the State Legislative Assembly (ADUN) for Labu. With over 20 years of experience in regional administration and rural development, he specializes in navigating the complexities of public-private partnerships and ensuring that infrastructure projects are grounded in robust governance and community economic growth..
